VetAI ("the Service") is a connector for the Meta Muse AI assistant. It provides five read-only tools: finding veterinary clinics, finding emergency animal hospitals, retrieving clinic details, linking to clinics' online booking pages, and searching pet products. The Service does not book appointments, place orders, or change anything on any external system.
VetAI requires no account and no sign-in. We do not collect, store, or transmit your name, contact details, location history, pet health records, or chat contents. Location queries you type are used only to answer that single request and are not retained.
Vet listings come from public business-listing data (Google Places). Hours, ratings, and availability can change or be inaccurate; always confirm critical details (especially emergency hours) directly with the clinic. Product data comes from retailer feeds; prices and availability change frequently and the retailer's site is authoritative.
Appointment booking is completed on the veterinary clinic's own website or by phone — VetAI only provides the link. Purchases are completed on the retailer's website — VetAI only provides the link. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for them.
Some product links shown by VetAI are affiliate links. If you purchase through one, VetAI may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which products are shown for a query.
Nothing provided by VetAI is veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no veterinarian-client relationship is created. You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetAI's operators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, including reliance on listings, booking links, or product information.
