1. The short version

VetAI collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no cookies, no analytics, and no stored search history.

2. What happens when you use VetAI

• Vet search: the location text you provide is sent to the Google Places API to find nearby clinics. Google processes that query under Google's privacy policy. We do not log or retain your queries.
• Product search: your search words are matched against a product catalog. No personal data is involved.
• Booking links: we fetch the clinic's public website to find its booking page. Your information is never sent to the clinic by us — anything you enter on the clinic's site is between you and the clinic.

3. What we store

Nothing tied to you. The Service keeps no user profiles, no conversation logs, and no location history. Standard server logs (timestamps, request paths, error counts) may be kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and debugging, and contain no names, contact details, or pet information.

4. What we share

We do not sell personal information — we don't have any to sell. Anonymous, aggregate usage counts (e.g. how many times a tool was called) may be reviewed to keep the Service running.

5. Affiliate links

Product purchase links may contain an affiliate identifier so the retailer can credit VetAI for the referral. Clicking such a link is subject to the retailer's privacy policy, not this one.

6. Children

VetAI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always posted at this URL.
